STEP 1: Enter your company name. Do not include any special characters such as !@#$%^&*()/
DO NOT CLOSE OR RESIZE THE WINDOW ONCE THE FILE UPLOAD HAS BEGUN. You will see a progress bar letting you know the status of your upload.
STEP 3: Once the upload is complete, you will be given a confirmation code. Please supply your sales representative with your confirmation code via email or phone.
